Very poor experience. I visited for a simple neck stiffness issue for my sister, but without proper examination the doctor directly suggested an X-ray and blood tests costing around ₹1100. There was no clear explanation on why all these tests were necessary for such a minor problem. The lab service was even worse. After taking the blood sample, they made me wait for hours just to perform the X-ray, and again another long wait to get the reports. The staff coordination was very bad, and no one gave proper updates—patients were just left waiting. The entire process felt unnecessary, expensive, and extremely time-consuming. The hospital seriously needs to improve transparency in suggesting tests, better patient handling, and faster lab management.
